| 6am | Arrived at Nyaungshwe (the main village near Inle Lake), checked into Golden Dream Hotel, and then slept… because night buses make it difficult to sleep |
| 12:30pm | Had a Myanmar-style lunch at Unique Superb Food House |
| 2pm | Biked to Red Mountain Estates Vineyard & Winery and had a couple glasses of sub-par, Myanmar wine |
| 8pm | Dinner at Thanakha Garden, where we ate the best tea leaf salad of the trip |
